Description
Our client is a major fabrication company for the offshore industry. Due to growth they are now looking for a Graduate Engineer to work from their busy North East facility. This position will provide the opportunity to work within different departments on a fast-paced site.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with teams in production, logistics, planning, and quality to support day-to-day operations.
  • Assist in process improvement and troubleshooting across different departments.
  • Contribute to planning and optimizing workflows and production schedules.
  • Help implement and maintain quality control standards.
  • Support the team in engineering and design tasks when required.
Qualifications:
  • Graduate with a degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or related fields).
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Eagerness to learn and develop professionally across different areas of the business.
  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
